Handle name — The nickname you enter when making a reservation. / 予約時に入力するハンドルネーム
Discord ID — Used to identify your bookings. / 予約の識別に使用するDiscord ID
Reservation data — Date, time, coach name, session type, and booking status. / 予約日時・コーチ名・セッション種別・予約ステータス

For coaches and administrators, we also collect:

Google account information — Email address used for login via Google Authentication. / Googleログインに使用するメールアドレス
Coach profile information — Name, game specialty, bio, and Discord Webhook URL. / コーチ名・担当ゲーム・自己紹介・Webhook URL

2. How We Use Your Information 情報の利用目的

The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

収集した情報は、以下の目的のみに使用します。

Processing and managing coaching reservations / 予約の処理・管理
Sending booking notifications to coaches via Discord / コーチへのDiscord予約通知の送信
Authenticating coaches and administrators / コーチ・管理者の認証
Improving the service / サービスの改善

3. Data Storage データの保管

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. Data is stored in the asia-northeast1 (Tokyo) region.

すべてのデータは、Google LLC が提供するクラウドデータベースサービス「Google Firebase（Firestore）」に安全に保管されます。データは asia-northeast1（東京）リージョンに保存されます。

4. Third-Party Services 第三者サービス

This service uses the following third-party services:

5. Data Sharing 第三者への提供

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as described in this policy.

法令に基づく場合または本ポリシーに記載されている場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有することはありません。

6. Data Retention データの保持期間

Reservation data is retained as long as necessary for service operation. Users may request deletion of their data by contacting us via the official Discord server.

予約データはサービス運営に必要な期間保持されます。データの削除を希望される場合は、公式DiscordサーバーよりKお問い合わせください。

7. Children's Privacy 未成年者のプライバシー

This service is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information beyond what is necessary for the reservation system. Parents or guardians of minors are encouraged to supervise their use of this service.

本サービスはすべての年齢の方がご利用いただけます。予約システムに必要な情報以外の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。未成年者の保護者の方は、ご利用状況をご確認いただくことをお勧めします。

8. Security セキュリティ

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

利用者の情報を保護するために合理的な措置を講じていますが、インターネット上の送信方法に完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。
